A red brick or bricks. Depicted in a loose stack, a single object with holes, or as built into wall, as of a house, school, or other structure.

Commonly used for various content concerning building and construction. May also be used for figurative bricks, e.g., slang brick, “extremely cold (weather).”

Brick was approved as part of Unicode 11.0 in 2018 and added to Emoji 11.0 in 2018.
